Bamboo Extract is supplied as a powder standardized to a minimum of 70% silica (SiO2), assayed by UV. Two grades are supplied: a Lophatherum gracile leaf extract, and a Bambusa vulgaris leaf-and-stem extract at a 10:1 ratio supplied under an “Organic Bamboo Extract” grade name. Both meet the same minimum silica assay.

Grades are not interchangeable. Tell us which one your specification calls for.
It goes into capsules, tablets and dry powder blends. Particle size differs by grade — the Lophatherum gracile material passes 80 mesh at a minimum of 90%, the Bambusa vulgaris 10:1 material passes 20 mesh at a minimum of 95% — so confirm which grade a blend or tablet press was validated on before reordering.
The material is held in U.S. stock and ships from our domestic warehouse network. Each lot carries a batch-specific certificate of analysis covering assay, loss on drying, ash, heavy metals and microbiology, supplied with the shipment or on request.
